How it works
Step 1: We Build Your System
We set up everything from scratch — your ads, landing page, automated follow-up sequences, and booking calendar. You don't lift a finger. By the time we launch, your client acquisition machine is fully built and ready to run.
Step 2: We Round Up Qualified Leads
We run targeted Google and Meta ads that reach people in your city who need an immigration attorney right now, and herd them your way — so you only talk to people who are already interested.
Step 3: We Book The Consultation Every lead is automatically followed up with SMS and email within minutes. Our system qualifies, nurtures and books them directly into your calendar — with reminders sent automatically so they actually show up.
Step 4: You Show Up & Close
That's it. You show up to a booked consultation with a motivated potential client sitting across from you. No chasing leads, no phone tag, no wasted time. Just conversations that turn into cases.
The Fine Print
There is a setup fee of 500$, and we require a 90-day commitment to give the system enough time to deliver results.
These terms apply under the following conditions:
Client maintains the recommended ad spend of $2,000/month, paid directly to Google and Meta
Ad creatives will be published within 48 hours of submission unless the Client requests specific changes in writing. Silence is deemed approval.
The client does not interfere with or override campaign settings without prior agreement
A "booked consultation" is defined as a confirmed, scheduled appointment — not a lead or inquiry
The 60-day guarantee period begins on the date the first ad goes live
Shepherd Systems reserves the right to pause the guarantee clock if ad accounts are restricted or suspended due to reasons outside of our control
After the initial 90-day commitment period, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Our Guarantee
No results, no fee. We guarantee 6 booked consultations within your first 60 days.
During the intro period you pay our service fee of $1,000/month. If we don't hit 6 booked consultations within 60 days, we waive all further service fees until we deliver — so we keep working until the job is done.
What if we don't deliver? You don't pay.
The service fee is $1,000 per month throughout the duration of the agreement. There is a one-time setup fee of $500 due upon signing.
Our guarantee is simple: if we do not generate a minimum of 6 qualified, booked consultations within the first 60 days, we continue managing the campaign at no service fee until the target is achieved.
Ad spend is not included in the service fee and is paid directly by the client to Google and/or Meta.
